Brief history of our company
S S P Corporate Services was established way back in 1946.
The origins of our firm go back to the business established by the late Mr K Satchithananda F.C.A. in 1946 which later amalgamated with the business established by Mr D C Wijesekera F.C.A. in 1963.
The accountancy firms established by the late Mr K Satchithananda, Mr S Pasupati and by Mr D C Wijesekera (viz. Satchithananda, Schokman, Pasupati and Company, and Coopers & Lybrand respectively) merged with effect from 1st April 1991 and carried on the practice as Coopers and Lybrand. They now continue to carry on the accountancy practice under the name of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The respective bureau services and secretarial practices then carried on under the names of SGV Secretarial Services (Private) Limited and Associated Management Services Limited were also amalgamated and continued to carry on the business under the name of S S P Secretarial Services (Private) Limited.
The name of this Company was subsequently changed to Colybrand Secretarial Services (Private) Limited. We continue to carry on an independent secretarial and bureau services business under the name of S S P Corporate Services (Private) Limited at present.
